An ingenious patented system from Giorik now makes it possible for STEAMBOX ovens to generate steam in two different and complementary ways. These combine the quality of boiler-generated steam with the speed and economy of steam generated in INSTANT mode. The range consists of 4 sets of models that differ by type of controls and steam generating system. Giorik STEAMBOX available in an Electric or Gas Model. *Optional extras* An innovative automatic built in Washing System is included in all ovens we distribute. The washing system is fully automatic with a closed cycle and therefore only requires the manual intervention of kitchen staff at the start of the process this reduces staff intervention and allows kitchen work flow times to be optimized, especially if carried out at night. *Oven Stand and internal trays can be purchased as an additional extra*
